MBS Training Services Pty Ltd (and staff) undertakes to never knowingly divulge or disseminate, either digitally or otherwise, any business information about clients to any party without their prior permission. All business or private details collected by MBS Training Services Pty Ltd either through the web site or in normal business dealings will not be made available to external email lists or be on-sold to direct marketing organisations. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.
If you are an existing customer we may occasionally update you via an email newsletter. Customers wishing us to delete their business details from our data bank or wishing to be deleted from our email list please email us and use the words "erase my details" in the subject line making sure to include the name of the business, a contact number and contact person.
We are happy to discuss any concerns you may have regarding privacy of information.
